What is your return policy?

We offer returns or exchanges on any unused items within 7 days of receiving for item. Returned items must have tags or barcode stickers still on. They must be returned in original packaging and must have no visible signs of wear or use.
How to initiate a return:
  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost varies depending on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. 

What are the shipping options?

Domestic Shipping

  • Flat Rate (Standard): 5-7 business days after fulfillment
  • Express Rate 

International Shipping

  • Flat Rate (Standard): 5-20 business days after fulfillment
  • Standard DDP: 3-5 business days after fulfillment (Canada Only)

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and custom fees which are determined at the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

 

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

Damages and defective orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for an exchange only. 

 

How do I make changes to an order that I've already placed?

Unfortunately, all orders are finalized at the time of purchase.
