Processing Times

FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 72 hours) after payment has been authorized and verified.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have not received tracking details within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@herpinkpassport.com.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship through USPS.

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once your package has been transferred to the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Her Pink Passport is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly to file a claim and request assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information
